Hilton Phuket, Thailand was the perfect location for this years Conference. It was such a magical and beautiful resort right on the beachfront overlooking the sea. The delegates all had long haul flights so when they arrived, they were greeted by coconut waters and towels to get refreshed. Everybody had the day to relax in the wonderful sunshine before the conference started the next day.
The delegates had plenary and breakout sessions with an amazing set build, spread across the complex. Everyone was so motivated because they had been rewarded with a trip to Thailand. They also had free time this year where some people went on cultural tours of the area and others chose to just relaxed by the pool or beach.
The welcome dinner was amazing. It was held outside by one of the venues pools where food was set out like a Thai street market with delegates helping themselves to traditional Thai food and drink. They were given a Thai flower garlands on arrival and were entertained by Thai dancers throughout the night.
The location and the weather made the event an unforgettable experience.


The magic moment for this event, hands down, has to the pre-drinks right before the Gala Dinner. The delegates met at the lagoon which was surrounded by thousands of fairy lights. We were hosting a traditional Kratong Ceremony for everyone to take part in. The ceremony consisted of releasing beautiful Kratong’s which are made up of flowers, candles and incense on to the lagoon. In the end, there were over 400 Kratong’s floating and glittering on the water symbolising the growth and the wishes that the delegates had for the year ahead. It was beautiful to see everyone coming together in such a special way.


Excellent job and applause to the team, from organisational and logistics point of view. All was very well managed and YES team had been really on top of things, reliable and very helpful.
