THE EVENT

Overwhelming feedback suggested that we had found the perfect venue for the event. The striking modern architecture, latest technology, easy access and exceptional service offered by the Hilton Amsterdam Schiphol offered a fantastic backdrop from which the client could project their brand and ethos.
With a full buyout of the hotel, we installed branding throughout the hotel, and completely rebuilt the hotel’s large atrium into a unique and custom-built interactive exhibition. The floor-to-ceiling LED wall and catwalk-style stage that we designed and installed in the ballroom, instantly captured the delegates’ imaginations.
For the evenings we created custom menus, live cooking stations, themed decoration, live music, DJ and custom drinks stations. We also installed a projector to flood the white walls of the hotel’s atrium with invocative images of each evening’s theme. The result created a fun and social space in which to network, build new business relationships and discuss the day’s learnings.
YES placed utmost importance on creating a smooth and efficient experience for the client’s delegates and worked as an extension of our client’s team. From creating a bespoke branded event website and registration site, to communicating all essential information ahead of the event. From the moment guests entered the hotel, they were greeted by our warm and friendly onsite team who helped them to download our bespoke event app. Our presence was constant throughout the event and any queries from any guests were dealt with promptly and with a smile!

THE MAGICAL MOMENT

The impact that guests experienced when entering the hotel for the first time was, without doubt, a remarkable moment. From the LED welcome desk, emblazoned with the event logo, floor-to-ceiling branding, custom-built exhibition and branded lighting and projection, it really set the tone for the impressive and flawless experience that was to follow and created instant excitement for the event and their brand.

THE FEEDBACK

Thank you for all your efforts last week. I know it was tough to manage the reception desk from 7am to 7pm but whenever I came past I was always met with a smile which was very well received by the delegates for either and/or both events.
