Harris joins from CWT Meetings & Events as Vice President, Global Sales

NEW YORK (January 14, 2025) – ALTOUR, the global corporate travel management company of Internova Travel Group, has announced the appointment of Amy Harris as Vice President of Global Sales at Your Event Solutions (YES). A seasoned industry professional with 25 years of experience, Harris will oversee sales efforts for YES, which specializes in organizing meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE) for some of the world’s largest brands. She will report to Cynthia D’Aoust, Senior Vice President of Global MICE at ALTOUR.
Harris comes to YES from CWT Meetings & Events, where she was Global Director, Client Strategy and led the Strategic Meetings Management (SMM) Center of Excellence. Previously, she held executive positions at Truist and SunTrust, and worked as a Senior Event Manager at General Dynamics.
As leader of the SMM Center of Excellence, Harris spearheaded the development of an SMM sales training and certification program. She has also worked with multiple clients to conduct strategic consultation workshops designed to optimize meetings strategies. Her career accomplishments include creation of an SMM program from the ground up in a decentralized organization, achieving more than 95 percent compliance. She also played a key role in merging SMM programs during the integration of two top financial institutions.

In her new role, Harris will lead strategic initiatives to drive business growth by expanding relationships with new and existing clients, enhancing our SMM strategy and enhancing the global market presence of YES, while developing innovative sales strategies and leading a dynamic team to position the company as a top player in the MICE industry.
ALTOUR’s MICE businesses, which have been merged under the YES brand, include Your Event Solutions, an event planning agency started in the United Kingdom and acquired by Internova in 2019; the MICE divisions of ALTOUR and Travel Leaders Corporate in the United States; and On Tempo, the event planning division of Corporate Travel Services (CTS), based in Mexico City.
